Model Overview

The hardware properties of the XV Z20000 (USA) manufactured by Sharp include 1000 ANSI lumens, a HDTV 1920 x 1080 resolution and a contrast value of 12000:1. The manufacturer lists the lamp life at 2000 hours.
Thanks to the combination of optical lens shift and digital keystone correction, the projected image's position can be adjusted very flexibly. To meet a wide variety of installation conditions, the projector offers the option of using different interchangeable lenses. Verifying the respective distances is easily possible via the Distance Calculator.
Regarding projection size, the value of 1000 ANSI lumens allows for an image width of up to 321 cm in darkened environments. In rooms with ambient light, the image width should be correspondingly reduced to a maximum of 214 cm.
In terms of video signals, the device processes resolutions up to Full HD 1080P.
Since entering the market in 2006, production has been discontinued; the manufacturer no longer actively offers the model.
