As a projector for the Standard-Portabel sector, the projectiondesign F12 wuxga is equipped with 3500 ANSI lumens, a WUXGA 1920 x 1200 resolution and a contrast of 4000:1. According to projectiondesign, the lamp has a durability of 2000 hours. Thanks to the interchangeable lens system, the device can be equipped with optional lenses to react flexibly to different room sizes. Exact values for specific rooms are provided by the Projector Calculator. Looking at practical performance, up to 601 cm can be illuminated with 3500 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 401 cm. In terms of video signals, the device processes resolutions up to Full HD 1080P, and also offers the technical capability for 360° projection. For convenient remote monitoring and administration, the projector is equipped with a classic RJ45 network socket. The projector was released in 2009 and is officially no longer distributed by projectiondesign.
