Behind the name VX 33i is a LED-DLP projector by Runco, whose main features include 3480 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 2000:1 and a HDTV 1920 x 1080 resolution. The manufacturer rates the durability of the included lamp at 2000 hours. An integrated lens shift provides significant leeway for placement. The lens can be adjusted to precisely align the image even with off-center installations. Thanks to the interchangeable lens system, the device can be equipped with optional lenses to react flexibly to different room sizes. Exact values for specific rooms are provided by the Projector Calculator. Looking at practical performance, up to 599 cm can be illuminated with 3480 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 399 cm. For media input, video signals up to 1080P are supported.
