Based on DLP technology, the Runco VX 3000i projects images in a Homecinema environment, with technical specs listing 1000 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 2800:1 and a HDTV 1920 x 1080 resolution. According to Runco, the included lamp lasts up to 2000 hours. For precise setup, the device features a lens shift mechanism that allows for purely optical image shifting. To meet a wide variety of installation conditions, the projector offers the option of using different interchangeable lenses. Verifying the respective distances is easily possible via the Projector Calculator. Regarding projection size, the value of 1000 ANSI lumens allows for an image width of up to 321 cm in darkened environments. In rooms with ambient light, the image width should be correspondingly reduced to a maximum of 214 cm. In terms of video signals, the device processes resolutions up to Full HD 1080P. This model dates back to 2009 and is no longer part of Runco's current product range.
