Based on DLP technology, the Wolf Cinema UXT-8500 device delivers 22000 ANSI lumens, a resolution of WUXGA 1920 x 1200 and a contrast of 2000000:1 as a projector. With its laser unit, the projector offers a specified light lifespan of 30000 hours – calculating to 20.5 years at four hours of use per day. The specifications indicate lens shift optics, allowing the image to be physically shifted without introducing digital image artifacts. To meet a wide variety of installation conditions, the projector offers the option of using different interchangeable lenses. Verifying the respective distances is easily possible via the Lens Calculator. A look at the light output reveals: The 22000 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 1507 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 1005 cm. In terms of video signals, the device processes resolutions up to Full HD 1080P and 4K as well as 3D, meaning standard Blu-ray formats are processed effortlessly. Regarding professional networking, the device offers a classic RJ45 LAN port for control alongside HDBaseT for the lossless transmission of picture and sound over long distances.
