The REF-2000 is a DILA projector by Wolf Cinema, whose specifications list 5000 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 10000:1 and a UHD (4K+2K+) 4096 x 2400 resolution. The runtime of the lamp in this model is estimated at 2000 hours before a replacement is necessary. For precise setup, the device features a lens shift mechanism that allows for purely optical image shifting. The specifications identify the device as a model with an interchangeable lens option. Matching optional optics allow for exact adaptation to the required image size and projection distance, which can be calculated directly with the Distance Calculator. Looking at practical performance, up to 616 cm can be illuminated with 5000 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 411 cm. For media input, video signals up to 1080P and 4K are supported. For integration into professional environments, an RJ45 connection is available for network control and remote maintenance. The projector was released in 2013 and is officially no longer distributed by Wolf Cinema.
