The DCX 1000FD model from Wolf Cinema combines DLP technology in the High-End Homecinema sector with 5500 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 50000:1 and a native HDTV 1920 x 1080 resolution. According to Wolf Cinema, the lamp has a durability of 2500 hours. The presence of a lens shift function enables flexible vertical or horizontal positioning of the projector without digital interference. The optical system is designed for the use of interchangeable lenses, allowing for a tailor-made configuration for almost any throw ratio. The Projector Calculator is available to calculate the exact dimensions. Regarding projection size, the value of 5500 ANSI lumens allows for an image width of up to 753 cm in darkened environments. In rooms with ambient light, the image width should be correspondingly reduced to a maximum of 502 cm. For media input, video signals up to 1080P are supported. Since entering the market in 2009, production has been discontinued; the manufacturer no longer actively offers the model. As an archive device, the projector remains highly relevant in our database.
