The Hisense L9Q Pro is a DLP projector offering 5500 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 6000:1 and a resolution of UHD (4K2K) 3840 x 2160. The laser technology ensures a specified light source lifespan of up to 20000 hours – equivalent to a usable life of 13.7 years at 4 hours a day. In terms of image alignment, the model offers an optical lens shift function, allowing the image to be shifted without quality loss. The exact adjustment leeway can be calculated in the Projector Calculator. A special feature is the short-throw lens, which allows the device to be positioned at a very short distance from the screen. According to the data sheet, an image width of 2 meters is achieved from a distance of just 36 cm. Looking at practical performance, up to 718 cm can be illuminated with 5500 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 479 cm. Regarding signal processing, the model is compatible with incoming 1080P content and 4K. Also on board is a local media player that allows reading and playing content directly from storage media. For wireless audio output, the projector also supports Bluetooth, making it easy to quickly connect external soundbars. For integration into professional environments, an RJ45 connection is available for network control and remote maintenance.
