This projector from Hisense utilizes DLP technology, achieving 2880 ANSI lumens and a contrast of 5000:1 at a resolution of UHD (4K2K) 3840 x 2160. Using this laser phosphor technology, the light source runtime is rated at 20000 hours – equivalent to a usable life of 13.7 years at 4 hours a day. For distortion-free image alignment, the projector offers both a lens shift function and keystone correction. The amount of leeway the lens provides can be checked in the Projection Calculator. To ensure objective comparability, an approximate ANSI lumen value was calculated based on the CVIA lumen values. Looking at practical performance, up to 675 cm can be illuminated with 2880 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 450 cm. Additionally, a built-in ambient light sensor measures the room lighting and automatically adjusts the projection settings. For media input, video signals up to 1080P and 4K are supported. Furthermore, the model is Bluetooth-enabled, allowing audio signals to be sent wirelessly to external speakers. For convenient remote monitoring and administration, the projector is equipped with a classic RJ45 network socket. Thanks to support for Miracast and Airplay, screen content can also be cast wirelessly from a smartphone, tablet, or PC to the screen.
