Based on DLP technology, the XGIMI Halo+ device delivers 875 ANSI lumens and a resolution of HDTV 1920 x 1080 as a projector. Thanks to LED technology, the projector is rated for a lifespan of up to 30000 hours, which translates to 20.5 years with 4 hours of daily use. Should a perpendicular setup to the screen not be possible, the integrated keystone correction (horizontal and vertical) helps to realign the image into a perfect rectangle. To reduce dependence on stationary power sources, the model is equipped with a built-in battery for autonomous operation. To allow for cross-manufacturer brightness comparisons, the stated ANSI lumen value is based on a conversion of the ISO lumen values. Regarding projection size, the value of 875 ANSI lumens allows for an image width of up to 301 cm in darkened environments. In rooms with ambient light, the image width should be correspondingly reduced to a maximum of 201 cm. For media input, video signals up to 1080P and 4K as well as 3D are supported, meaning standard Blu-ray formats are processed effortlessly. Additionally, thanks to Google TV, the model is network-capable and can be used without external playback devices. Furthermore, the model is Bluetooth-enabled, allowing audio signals to be sent wirelessly to external speakers. Thanks to support for Chromecast, screen content can also be cast wirelessly from a smartphone, tablet, or PC to the screen. In the specifications, the operating noise is listed at a mere 30 decibels, indicating very quiet cooling.
