This projector is named Periscope, comes from Pico Genie, and its data sheet shows 200 ANSI lumens and a resolution of WVGA 854 x 480. The LED unit of this model is rated for up to 30000 hours of runtime – equivalent to a usable life of 20.5 years at 4 hours a day. For mobile use, grid-independent operation is possible for a maximum period of 3 hours thanks to the built-in battery. Looking at practical performance, up to 144 cm can be illuminated with 200 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 96 cm. In terms of video signals, the device processes resolutions up to Full HD 1080P. For wireless audio output, the projector also supports Bluetooth, making it easy to quickly connect external soundbars. The projector was released in 2019 and is officially no longer distributed by Pico Genie. As an archive device, the projector remains highly relevant in our database.
