With the KX 3200 wide, Kindermann offers a LCD projector that features 3000 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 500:1 and a resolution of XGA 1024 x 768. The manufacturer specifies a runtime of 2000 hours for this projector's lamp. A major advantage for professional installations is the ability to use interchangeable lenses, allowing the projector to adapt to highly varied projection distances. Which optic is required for a specific case can easily be calculated via the Distance Calculator. Looking at practical performance, up to 477 cm can be illuminated with 3000 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 318 cm. This model dates back to 2008 and is no longer part of Kindermann's current product range. Important maintenance note: It is no longer possible to procure replacement lamps for this model.
