Based on LCD technology, the Everest CR355W device delivers 3500 ANSI lumens, a resolution of WXGA 1280 x 800 and a contrast of 10000:1 as a projector. According to Everest, the lamp has a durability of 5000 hours. With two hours of daily operation, this corresponds to a period of 6.8 years. To ensure a rectangular image even with asymmetrical placement, the projector includes digital keystone correction for both the horizontal and vertical axes. With its built-in wide-angle optics, the device belongs to the category of short-throw projectors. An image width of 2 meters is realized from a short distance of 92 cm. Regarding projection size, the value of 3500 ANSI lumens allows for an image width of up to 601 cm in darkened environments. In rooms with ambient light, the image width should be correspondingly reduced to a maximum of 401 cm. Regarding signal processing, the model is compatible with incoming 1080P content. The built-in HDMI-MHL (Mobile High-Definition Link) port enables screen mirroring from a smartphone while simultaneously charging it. For integration into professional environments, an RJ45 connection is available for network control and remote maintenance. Since entering the market in 2021, production has been discontinued; the manufacturer no longer actively offers the model.
