Based on LCD technology, the Everest CA600U projects images in a Standard-Portabel environment, with technical specs listing 6000 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 15000:1 and a WUXGA 1920 x 1200 resolution. According to Everest, the included lamp lasts up to 5000 hours. With two hours of daily operation, this corresponds to a period of 6.8 years. Both optical image shifting (lens shift) and digital keystone adjustment are included, enabling exact alignment on the screen. Accurate distances are provided by the Lens Shift Calculator. Looking at practical performance, up to 787 cm can be illuminated with 6000 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 525 cm. Regarding signal processing, the model is compatible with incoming 1080P content as well as 3D. For convenient remote monitoring and administration, the projector is equipped with a classic RJ45 network socket. Since entering the market in 2021, production has been discontinued; the manufacturer no longer actively offers the model.
