Behind the name A8A-26 is a 3D-LED-LCD projector by Caiwei, whose main features include 210 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 4500:1 and a WXGA 1280 x 800 resolution. The built-in LED technology features a light source lifespan of 50000 hours – equivalent to a usable life of 34.2 years at 4 hours a day. To ensure objective comparability, an approximate ANSI lumen value was calculated based on the lumen specifications. Regarding projection size, the value of 210 ANSI lumens allows for an image width of up to 147 cm in darkened environments. In rooms with ambient light, the image width should be correspondingly reduced to a maximum of 98 cm. Regarding signal processing, the model is compatible with incoming 1080P content. Since entering the market in 2018, production has been discontinued; the manufacturer no longer actively offers the model.
