A projector from ASK Proxima is the US1275W, whose LED-LCD model delivers 2700 ANSI lumens, a resolution of WXGA 1280 x 800 and a contrast of 2000:1. The manufacturer lists the lamp life at 4000 hours. With two hours of daily operation, this corresponds to a period of 5.5 years. The short-throw capabilities allow for large images at a short projection distance. According to specifications, a 2-meter wide image requires a distance of only 62 cm. Looking at practical performance, up to 528 cm can be illuminated with 2700 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 352 cm. This model dates back to 2012 and is no longer part of ASK Proxima's current product range.
