The ASK Proxima E1550 is a LCD projector that brings 5500 ANSI lumens, a XGA 1024 x 768 resolution alongside a contrast of 1500:1. According to ASK Proxima, the lamp has a durability of 4000 hours, which amounts to roughly 5.5 years at 2 hours of daily use. Regarding setup flexibility, the model features an optical lens shift function alongside digital keystone correction, allowing for precise alignment; exact values can be calculated using the Distance Calculator. Regarding projection size, the value of 5500 ANSI lumens allows for an image width of up to 646 cm in darkened environments. In rooms with ambient light, the image width should be correspondingly reduced to a maximum of 431 cm. For integration into professional environments, an RJ45 connection is available for network control and remote maintenance. Since entering the market in 2011, production has been discontinued; the manufacturer no longer actively offers the model.
