The Ares 7K is a Laser-LCD projector by DreamVision, whose specifications list 7000 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 5000000:1 and a UHD (4K2K) 3840 x 2160 resolution. The laser technology ensures a specified light source lifespan of up to 20000 hours. With four hours of daily operation, this corresponds to a period of 13.7 years. Regarding projection size, the value of 7000 ANSI lumens allows for an image width of up to 850 cm in darkened environments. In rooms with ambient light, the image width should be correspondingly reduced to a maximum of 567 cm. For media input, video signals up to 1080P and 4K are supported. For convenient remote monitoring and administration, the projector is equipped with a classic RJ45 network socket. In the specifications, the operating noise is listed at a mere 29 decibels, indicating very quiet cooling.
