Known as the AL-FU820A, this DLP projector by Appotronics features basic specs of 8200 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 100000:1 at a WUXGA 1920 x 1200 resolution. With its laser unit, the projector offers a specified light lifespan of 20000 hours, covering an estimated 13.7 years based on a 4-hour daily runtime. Both optical image shifting (lens shift) and digital keystone adjustment are included, enabling exact alignment on the screen. To meet a wide variety of installation conditions, the projector offers the option of using different interchangeable lenses. Verifying the respective distances is easily possible via the Projector Calculator. Looking at practical performance, up to 920 cm can be illuminated with 8200 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 613 cm. Regarding signal processing, the model is compatible with incoming 1080P content. An additional 360° projection capability allows the device to be oriented at almost any angle. Regarding professional networking, the device offers a classic RJ45 LAN port for control alongside HDBaseT for the lossless transmission of picture and sound over long distances. The projector was released in 2021 and is officially no longer distributed by Appotronics.
