As a projector for the Homecinema sector, the Vidikron Vision Model 85 is equipped with 1600 ANSI lumens, a HDTV 1920 x 1080 resolution and a contrast of 3500:1. According to Vidikron, the lamp has a durability of 2000 hours. In terms of image alignment, the model offers an optical lens shift function, allowing the image to be shifted without quality loss. The exact adjustment leeway can be calculated in the Projector Calculator. A look at the light output reveals: The 1600 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 406 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 271 cm. For media input, video signals up to 1080P are supported. The projector was released in 2006 and is officially no longer distributed by Vidikron.
