The equipment of the Vidikron Vision Model 40ET projector includes 850 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 1600:1 with a HDTV 1280 x 720 display. The manufacturer lists the lamp life at 1000 hours. To meet a wide variety of installation conditions, the projector offers the option of using different interchangeable lenses. Verifying the respective distances is easily possible via the Projection Calculator. A look at the light output reveals: The 850 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 296 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 197 cm. This model dates back to 2003 and is no longer part of Vidikron's current product range.
