The hardware properties of the AMT S250STD manufactured by JAVES include 2500 ANSI lumens, a SVGA 800 x 600 resolution and a contrast value of 1500:1. A special feature is the short-throw lens, which allows the device to be positioned at a very short distance from the screen. According to the data sheet, an image width of 2 meters is achieved from a distance of just 122 cm. Looking at practical performance, up to 435 cm can be illuminated with 2500 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 290 cm. This device is no longer manufactured and has been removed from JAVES's current lineup.
