A projector from Hughes-JVC is the D330, whose ILA model delivers 2500 ANSI lumens, a resolution of HDTV 1920 x 1080 and a contrast of 300:1. The manufacturer rates the durability of the included lamp at 1800 hours. For basic image adjustment, the device is equipped with horizontal and vertical keystone correction, allowing digital compensation for trapezoidal distortion at angled projection setups. To meet a wide variety of installation conditions, the projector offers the option of using different interchangeable lenses. Verifying the respective distances is easily possible via the Lens Calculator. Regarding projection size, the value of 2500 ANSI lumens allows for an image width of up to 508 cm in darkened environments. In rooms with ambient light, the image width should be correspondingly reduced to a maximum of 339 cm. Should very large projection surfaces be required, the integrated edge-blending software offers the possibility to seamlessly combine images from multiple projectors without visible seams. The model is currently no longer actively offered on the market by the manufacturer.
