Based on LCD technology, the Dangbei N2 Mini projects images in a Standard-Portabel environment, with technical specs listing 250 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 2000:1 and a HDTV 1920 x 1080 resolution. An LED lifespan of 30000 hours is noted in the data sheet for this model – calculating to 20.5 years at four hours of use per day. To ensure a rectangular image even with asymmetrical placement, the projector includes digital keystone correction for both the horizontal and vertical axes. Because the manufacturer specifies brightness in ISO lumen values, we have determined an ANSI lumen value for better comparability. Looking at practical performance, up to 161 cm can be illuminated with 250 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 107 cm. For media input, video signals up to 1080P are supported. Furthermore, the model is Bluetooth-enabled, allowing audio signals to be sent wirelessly to external speakers. Since the projector supports Miracast and Airplay screen mirroring, video signals can also be streamed wirelessly from the end device. In the specifications, the operating noise is listed at a mere 26 decibels, indicating very quiet cooling.
