With the Marquee 1500 SIM, VDC offers a LED-LCOS projector that features 1500 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 600:1 and a resolution of SXGA+ 1365 x 1024. The manufacturer specifies a runtime of 1500 hours for this projector's lamp. Looking at practical performance, up to 337 cm can be illuminated with 1500 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 225 cm. This device is no longer manufactured and has been removed from VDC's current lineup.
