This projector from Thomson utilizes LCD technology, achieving 600 ANSI lumens and a contrast of 1000:1 at a resolution of HDTV 1920 x 1080. The laser technology ensures a specified light source lifespan of up to 20000 hours – equivalent to a usable life of 13.7 years at 4 hours a day. For basic image adjustment, the device is equipped with horizontal and vertical keystone correction, allowing digital compensation for trapezoidal distortion at angled projection setups. With its short projection distance, the short-throw model excels in smaller rooms, requiring only 38 cm of wall distance for an image width of 2 meters. To reduce dependence on stationary power sources, the model is equipped with a built-in battery for autonomous operation. Regarding projection size, the value of 600 ANSI lumens allows for an image width of up to 249 cm in darkened environments. In rooms with ambient light, the image width should be correspondingly reduced to a maximum of 166 cm. In terms of video signals, the device processes resolutions up to Full HD 1080P and 4K. Additionally, thanks to Google TV, the model is network-capable and can be used without external playback devices. For wireless audio output, the projector also supports Bluetooth, making it easy to quickly connect external soundbars. For integration into professional environments, an RJ45 connection is available for network control and remote maintenance. Since the projector supports Miracast, Airplay and Chromecast screen mirroring, video signals can also be streamed wirelessly from the end device.
