Based on LCD technology, the Promethean PRM 20A device delivers 2000 ANSI lumens, a resolution of WXGA 1280 x 800 and a contrast of 500:1 as a projector. The manufacturer lists the lamp life at 1500 hours. With its short projection distance, the short-throw model excels in smaller rooms, requiring only 100 cm of wall distance for an image width of 2 meters. A look at the light output reveals: The 2000 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 454 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 303 cm. For integration into professional environments, an RJ45 connection is available for network control and remote maintenance. This model dates back to 2010 and is no longer part of Promethean's current product range.
