The equipment of the Geha compact 229 projector includes 2800 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 3000:1 with a XGA 1024 x 768 display. According to Geha, the included lamp lasts up to 3000 hours. Looking at practical performance, up to 461 cm can be illuminated with 2800 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 307 cm. A look at the data sheet confirms a very subtle fan noise for the projector at just 30 decibels. The projector was released in 2009 and is officially no longer distributed by Geha.
