The technical data of the Blitzwolf BW-V8 includes 480 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 12000:1 as well as a HDTV 1920 x 1080 display. Blitzwolf lists a runtime of 30000 hours for the LED in this projector – equivalent to a usable life of 20.5 years at 4 hours a day. Should a perpendicular setup to the screen not be possible, the integrated keystone correction (horizontal and vertical) helps to realign the image into a perfect rectangle. A look at the light output reveals: The 480 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 223 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 149 cm. Regarding signal processing, the model is compatible with incoming 1080P content and 4K. Also on board is a local media player that allows reading and playing content directly from storage media. Furthermore, the model is Bluetooth-enabled, allowing audio signals to be sent wirelessly to external speakers. Since the projector supports Miracast and Airplay screen mirroring, video signals can also be streamed wirelessly from the end device.
