The equipment of the IBM ValueBased projector includes 1300 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 500:1 with a SVGA 800 x 600 display. According to IBM, the lamp has a durability of 2000 hours. Looking at practical performance, up to 314 cm can be illuminated with 1300 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 209 cm. This device is no longer manufactured and has been removed from IBM's current lineup.
