With the LS820, manufacturer Viewsonic offers a short-throw DLP laser projector with HDTV 1920 x 1080 resolution and a contrast of 10000:1. Due to the laser, the projector is specified with 15000 hours of light life, which is over 10.3 years if enjoyed for four hours a day. Thanks to the short-throw projection ratio of just 0.25:1, the projector does not get stuck in the room. For a 2m wide image, the projector only needs to be 50 cm away from the screen. The HDMI MHL (Mobile High-Definition Link) port allows 1080p / 60 Hz image mirroring (screen mirroring) to be transmitted from a smartphone while it is being charged at the same time via the connection. It is also Full HD 1080P compatible. This model is no longer offered by Viewsonic.
