The Optoma UHD55 3D DLP projector has 3600 Ansi lumens, a contrast of 1200000:1 and a UHD (4K2K) 3840 x 2160 resolution. The manufacturer specifies a lamp life of 10000 hours, which translates to over 13.7 years at 2 hours per day. Including an integrated media player with which files can be played directly. Horizontal and vertical keystone correction makes setting up the picture childs play. 3600 Ansi lumens ensure that a picture width of 610 cm is also possible. The projector manages rooms with residual light with a smaller image width, we recommend a maximum of 407 cm. Playback of 1080P and 4K as well as 3D is also no problem for the projector, meaning that all Blu-ray formats currently on offer can be recognized by the projector. With only 28 decibels of operating noise, the model is already very quiet compared to others. The model built in 2022 is no longer offered by Optoma, but is still a popular projector in our database.
