A brief introduction to the Nec UM280W. The short-throw LCD projector has a WXGA 1280 x 800 resolution and a contrast of 3000:1. The projector is equipped with an integrated media player, so direct playback of files will not be a problem. Thanks to the short-throw projection ratio of just 0.358:1, the projector is also not distracting in the room. For a 2m wide image, the projector needs to be just 72 cm away from the screen. It was launched in 2012 and is no longer offered by the manufacturer Nec, but is still very popular in our projector database.
