With the CR405Xi, manufacturer Everest offers a short-throw LCD projector with XGA 1024 x 768 resolution and a contrast of 10000:1. The lamp life is specified by the manufacturer as 10000 hours, which is over 13.7 years with two hours of use per day. The horizontal and vertical keystone correction provides leeway when setting up. As this is a short-throw projector, it can be positioned very close to the wall. For a 2 m wide image, the projector only needs to be 92 cm away from the screen. The HDMI MHL (Mobile High-Definition Link) port allows 1080p / 60 Hz image mirroring (screen mirroring) to be transmitted from a smartphone while it is being charged at the same time via the connection. It is also Full HD 1080P compatible. The model built in 2021 is no longer offered by Everest.
